CHARITY EVENT The annual Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) San Diego Education Foundation golf event, in partnership with the San Diego Defense Industry Golf Club will be held on Friday, 4 May 2012. The Vineyard at Escondido is a par-70, David Rainville designed course, which measures 6,531 yards from the blue tees. The scenic layout winds through acres of verdant wetlands with stunning mountain backdrops. Lush, rolling fairways meander peacefully along wildlife preserves, grape vineyards and beautiful lakes.This annual charitable event raises funds to support the AFCEA San Diego Chapter’s Education Scholarship Fund. PLAYERS The cost for this education foundation fundraising event is $65 for military members, $75 for C4ISR Symposium attendees and SDDI Golf Club members and $90 for Guests. The tournament entry fee includes: 18 holes of golf, riding cart, driving range use, welcome gift, luncheon and tournament /contest awards as well as a variety of door prizes.
